My advanced degrees in psychology, sociology and criminal justice contribute to my understanding of the human aspect of the real estate business. I have honed my attention to detail over time especially while working as a paralegal early on in my career and I am confident in my familiarity and knowledge of the local purchase contracts, disclosure forms, typical inspections performed and property valuations.
