I am a licensed Broker Associate and an Area Leader/Agent Ambassador with Epique Realty. During my 25+ years of experience, I have represented hundreds of clients throughout San Francisco, Marin County and beyond. My varied experience includes selling single family homes, luxury residences, condominiums, tenants-in-common properties, vacant land, bank-owned/fixer homes and multi-unit properties. I have worked as a mortgage consultant, a property manager, a home flipper, and most recently as a managing broker for various SF & East Bay brokerages. In addition to full-time sales, my current spring 2025 role as an Area Leader for Epique Realty has me mentoring and training over 40 local agents, spread out from Eureka to Monterey.
I credit my success to having the ability to connect with a wide variety of clients and the ability to cultivate strong interpersonal relationships with people. My advanced degrees in psychology, sociology and criminal justice contribute to my understanding of the human aspect of the real estate business. I am very well versed in legal matters, risk management, marketing and financing. I have honed my attention to detail over time especially while working as a paralegal early on in my career and I am confident in my familiarity and knowledge of the local purchase contracts, disclosure forms, typical inspections performed and property valuations. I have been a full-time working agent through a couple of past market cycles, so I have seen my share of ups & downs, and I know how to best guide clients, network with my colleagues and facilitate a smooth transaction.
